How To Free Your Mind [the kind way]

I already shared how to free your mind the crazy way, the selfish way and this is the kind way:

Assume the best about people.

OMG, I am realizing now this is also totally crazy!  Except… except that it’s working. Do it from time to time and feel the freedom.

Think of the last person – I hope this example will be working – that have upset you. It’s been few days or a week and you are still thinking about his or her words. Or what they did.

Or maybe it just happened few minutes ago. Let. This. Go.

Assume the best. To the best of your ability, to the degree it may work in this situation.

Do you see how much more peaceful and free your mind can become if you don’t make assumptions?
