Guided Meditation for Clarity and Vision

vision and clarity - guided meditation

I recently recorded this guided meditation, titled VISION, and I’m really happy with the results.

In the background there is the most amazing music – my favorite, Christopher Lloyd Clark – which effortlessly takes our brain into alpha frequency – the frequency that helps to access MORE of our potential. [ should we say access our genius?]

Do you struggle with defining your Vision? Finding clarity?

Every time you listen to this recording,  your mind will be revealing to you more and more details.   The story (original script) told here is simply a metaphor for finding clarity. Your subconscious mind loves metaphors and “works” well when we use them to solve problems.

This deeply relaxing guided meditation is set in nature.  It starts from a scene at a crystal clear lake, surrounded by mountains.

Next you are on a path in the woods, until you approach a beautiful building: the metaphor used here is: cleaning the windows in the building to gain more clarity and vision in your life and business.

(No worries you still will be deeply relaxed after this “work.”)

The top floor opens up up the big picture in front of you.

( When I listen to it, I receive inspiration to make more art. With all the specifics. )

So get it today, and give it a week or so, and let me know what it reveled to you!

Side note: don’t dismiss the seemingly irrelevant pictures in your mind. These could be symbols for something you need to know… these may be things coming to the surface just to evaporate… they will make sense later.
