Your Spirit is Larger Than Your Life

Why are we so afraid to face our feelings?
Why are we afraid to lift the veil and look under this tension, that discomfort? Afraid to be in silence, alone, afraid to “show others who I really am”? [hint: often this is where the healing and the epiphany hides…]

We are as afraid to cry, as we are to face our fear.
Fear of the unknown.
But the unknown is often better than anything we already know.
It is as ok to have a breakdown as it is to have a breakthrough. 

Fear is a smoke and tears clear the air. 

Maybe, when we are afraid of our own depth, we just forget, that our Spirit is MUCH larger than the lives we boxed ourselves in.

Your heart is infinite. In all directions.
