No time to lose: train your brain to think on purpose

It takes time to train our brains to think helpful thoughts. It takes time to remember to separate facts from opinions and thoughts. It takes time to catch that this painful emotions came from errors in thinking. Not from reality. It takes time to embody the skills, have the awareness, and act on it in the moment.
