Who has the hardest time losing weight? 

Not from a medical, or physical perspective but from a personality perspective?

People who love to rebel. Who have the strong inner rebel. Very committed to certain foods and not wanting to give them up. People who want to defend with all their power – their right to eat  sugar and simple carbs.

There is another layer of work that happens in coaching with the Rebels 🙂 but the most important thing of all is to ask yourself- as a rebel- do you honestly want to end emotional eating, sugar addiction and reach your goal? That honesty is crucial.
