“I feel disconnected from myself,” it’s one of the most frequently shared thoughts by clients who inquire about spiritual hypnosis or regression.
To feel disconnected sometimes means to be overwhelmed, sometimes numb or lost. It’s like not knowing what you even want. Or maybe you’re so busy you finally lose yourself. When you never have quiet time, or fill the time you have with endless scrolling. But within each of us is a place that waits for us to check in… even if for a few moments.
I created these 7 practices (8 to be specific) for times like this: when you feel disconnected, overwhelmed, lost, or too busy to meditate. I wanted them for myself: something simple to stop, feel at peace, and go deep. I rarely do 45-minute meditations… sometimes I have just 7 minutes for self-care, and I’m guessing you do too!
They are 7-15 min long – and you can return to them again and again.
With minimal verbal instructions, they invite you in, so you can witness yourself and hear your inner voice.
