When the student is ready and the master… runs away

What happens when the student is ready, but greedy?  Obsessed with getting his hands on the secret?

The Master, though generous, cannot give it away. Or it would be a violation. “Throwing pearls in front of the swine.” The demanding energy of the student leaves the Master no choice. But to withhold.

Are you that student?

In your desperation you may become needy and greedy.  But even if they give you the answer – you may not not hear it. Not hear it right. You want to skip the necessary work. But first:

The mind needs to be cleared.

Some lessons need to be experienced.

We learn at the right time.

Surrender.
