If you have ever attempted to lose weight, you probably felt that you need some superpowers to pull it off. And few more  to maintain the weight.

What are the superpowers? Patience, courage, belief, determination. Simply, character strengths we CAN DEVELOP. No, they are not reserved for other, special people. You have access to them, they just need a little nudge to flourish and work for you.

If we lack these strengths, we struggle with keeping the promise to ourselves. And the world around offers so many opportunities to break the promise we gave to ourselves. (Sugar never looked so trendy but it doesn’t make it less dangerous)
